Our home is nestled in the serene surroundings of West Boca, just down the street from the breathtaking Everglades. We are delighted to provide you with a comfortable retreat surrounded by nature's beauty including the beautiful sounds of tropical birds in the morning. As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to inform you about the occasional presence of local wildlife and bugs in the area.

While we routinely treat our home for pests, encounters with beautiful iguanas and occasional bugs, such as palmetto bugs or flies, are possible. Rest assured, we have taken measures to minimize these encounters. Our screened-in pool offers excellent protection against mosquitoes; however, please understand that it may not guarantee a mosquito-free environment at all times.

We kindly ask for your understanding in case you encounter a mosquito or other insects during your stay. Our team is readily available to address any concerns or assist with any pest-related issues that may arise. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction throughout your stay with us.

Hosting is our passion and are committed to making your memories special. We live nearby with our 3 active children and can happily suggest things to do with your family in the area. We also value and respect your privacy so won't drop in unannounced. With that said, please note that pool cleaning, trash, and pest control services are scheduled weekly and may take place at some point during your stay.

Explore the wonders of the area, with the new Uptown Boca lifestyle center less than 10 min away, Coconut cove waterpark less than 10 min away, downtown Boca Raton/Mizner Park just a short 15-minute drive away, and Boca's stunning beaches a mere 20 minutes from your doorstep. Conveniently, both Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Palm Beach (PBI) airports are just a 30-minute drive away and we are just a 5-min drive from Evert and Macci Tennis Academies.

House Rules

Pool safety is THE most important rule about the house! The Pool Fence must stay closed at all times to protect your little ones.

Parking: Use the driveway for parking. You will have 3 spots available to you. There is a three car limit. Additional cars are not permitted.

Lock the doors: While this is a very safe neighborhood, crime can happen anywhere. Please ensure all doors are always locked when you’re not home.
